The Catholic Education Collaborative (CEC)
is a unique, cooperative effort among 23 schools and 27 parishes within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s Dayton Deanery and surrounding areas.
Founded in 2007 to enhance and advance Catholic education in the greater Dayton area, the Collaborative utilizes the gifts and talents of both individuals and parishes, as well as resources from across the Miami Valley, to help transform and sustain quality Catholic education while maximizing cost effectiveness.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to create schools that are welcoming communities which integrate excellence in learning with Catholic faith formation. By serving as welcoming communities, Dayton area Catholic schools will open their doors wide to all Catholic children, regardless of financial means, and to all non-Catholic children seeking a faith-based education.
Testimonial
"Three words describe my experience through Catholic education… nurturing, faithful, and fun! I woke up every day excited to go to school. At St. Christopher Elementary School in Vandalia, I discovered gifts and talents that I possessed through the loving..."
