Kenneth Williams' presentation focused on the importance of teacher collaboration through professional learning communities, "in order to achieve better results for the students they serve".  Mr. Williams also discussed the differences between a "traditional school" and a "PLC school".  The importance of having clearly defined S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, attainable, results oriented, and timely) goals that an entire school can work towards achieving was also highlighted, with the ultimate goal being student learning and success.

In the afternoon, educators and counselors from various Archdiocesan schools were given the opportunity to collaborate and share their thoughts and experiences.
